How do I appeal a probate decision, my brother is the rep., he’s not giving any information, he has received a distribution and he won’t release the funds to us. He’s hired a lawyer, I also understand he gets a fee. How can we remove him from being our representative. I have countless emails asking for the whereabouts of the funds… please somebody help me
