Well what does your grandfather like to do? Is he very active? Research has shown that senior citizens that remain active physically and socially are less likely to become depressed. Maybe you could get him to volunteer at an animal shelter or something like that. I would suggest that you find an activity or activities that will occupy his time and give him something to do other than watch t.v.
